The whole process was quick and easy. The exam itself probably took 15 to 20 minutes. Then I was able to go back out to the waiting area. The staff there were able to put my X-ray images onto a disc that day before I left. While I waited the extra 15 minutes to get my disc, I noticed over to the other side of the waiting area was complimentary hot coffee, and I went and grabbed a cup. Once they called, they got me scheduled at the soonest time I was available. On arrival, they had water, coffee and delicious chocolates and the environment was really friendly. No sooner than when I finished my paperwork, the technician called me back for my exam (I think his name was Mike). He was super friendly, professional and thorough, he explained everything really well since this was my first MRI. He gave me a warm blanket and put on music of my request. After my appointment, I had my results and hundreds of images uploaded on the patient portal within only a couple hours. I am beyond impressed with my entire experience here. We got an appointment the same day all the staff... was wonderful from the front desk to the technologist. We ended up having to have an MRI because of the Xray findings. The MRI was very pleasant. I found the online registration beyond the capabilities of my old S7 android, but the staff inside were friendly and efficient getting me logged in. I waited less than 5 min for my appointment in a clean, spacious, well-furnished waiting area. The staff brought me a tablet I could sign off with my fingertip. I was greeted by my ultrasound technician, who gave me her name and walked me back to another comfortable exam room. When I asked to be able to observe the ultrasound, she quickly activated a large wall monitor so I could watch as she explained her actions, this is bone, this is muscle, these are ligaments. The ultrasound gel was heated to body temperature--I didn't even feel it being applied. Overall, a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I brought cash so my bill was half the insured rate. The folks... at the front desk are great and work quickly to get you checked in. I have never had to wait terribly long to be called back. I have had x-ray, MRI, CT scans, and others done here.
