MR Angiography

MR Angiography is the use of MRI to evaluate the blood vessels in a particular part of the body. It can be used to evaluate both arterial and venous systems. In some cases, our radiologists will prescribe a contrast material called gadolinium to be administered through a small vein in your arm during your examination. In other cases, no intravenous contrast material is necessary.
