"Check-in went smoothly with the helpful receptionist. I received a nice greeting by Matt prior to MRI without enduring an endless wait for the appointment. He walked me through the procedure and he initiated a nice conversation to put me at ease. Following the MRI he showed me my MRI image and explained briefly what we were looking at. He said it would be read in the next couple hours and forwarded to my physician. That having been done, my physician called me to set up a follow-up appointment so we could proceed with the next step to cure the ailment. Overall an EXCELLENT experience at Imaging Associates. I also commend them for their expediency at all levels."
