Introducing Text-to-Pay:
Imaging Associates is proud to offer patients Text-to-Pay options for all their bills. Patients will receive a text alert when their bill is ready. Clicking on this link will allow the patient to see their bill and pay it online.
If patients do not want to pay online or do not feel comfortable using the link, they can choose not to open the link and a paper statement will be generated 7 days after the link expires. If a patient clicks on the link but does not make a payment, they will receive a reminder and a second link in 3 days.
Patients can also opt out of Text-to-Pay by texting STOP or request help by texting ASSIST in response to this billing message. Patients who opt out of Text-to-Pay will have a paper statement generated 7 days after their request. Patients who request assistance will asked to contact Client Support at 866-775-5051 to discuss their bill with a representative.
